Mint Chocolate Mousse

This easy to make Mint Chocolate Mousse is light, airy, and a perfect way to end a meal.

Mousse is one of my favourite desserts to make and eat. It's so incredibly easy to prepare and the light and airy texture makes it an absolute delight to eat.

The other great thing about mousse is the very short list of ingredients (only 5!) and short list of steps to prepare it. The hardest part is waiting for the mousse to chill!

This is a great dessert to serve to guests as you can make it ahead in the morning and then leave it to chill until you are ready to serve, leaving more time for you to enjoy your company.

Since the mint chocolate flavor is of course the star of this dessert, make sure you use a good quality chocolate. I used Lindt Mint Chocolate and it works wonderfully.
